OPERATION
• Plug the cable into the power outlet and then into the vibrating platform.
• Set the I / O switch to "I".
• Make sure that AAA size batteries are on the remote control. This remote control has a range of 2.5m.
• To turn off the machine press the "POWER" button on the control panel and set the "I/O" switch to "O". Then,
unplug the cable from the power outlet..
MANUAL MODE
• To operate on the TIME / MODE screen manually, "HA" should appear. This means that it is in manual mode. Press
the "MODE" button repeatedly until "HA" appears on the screen.
QUICK MANUAL MODE
• Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control or the "START" button on the control panel to start the exercise.

Set the required speed (1-99) with the speed key on the remote control or on the control panel.
• Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control or the "STOP" button on the control panel when you wish to stop
your exercise, and the machine will stop slowly.
MANUAL COUNTDOWN
• Press the "TIME +" or "TIME -" keys on the remote control or on the control panel and select the time (in minutes)
that you wish to exercise - a maximum of 10 minutes.
• Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control or the "START" button on the control panel and the exercise
countdown will start.

The machine will stop slowly once the selected time has elapsed. If you want to interrupt the exercise before the
countdown time is finished, press "STOP" and the machine will stop slowly.
PROGRAM MODE
• Press the "MODE" button repeatedly until the required program appears on the screen (P0 --- P9).
•
Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control or the "START" button on the control panel to start the exercise.
• The machine will stop slowly after 10 minutes of programmed time. If you want to interrupt the exercise before
the countdown time is finished, press "STOP" and the machine will stop.
