USE AND SAFETY INFORMATION

For your own safety or the safety of the user, please follow the instructions for use and
safety information below. A trouble-free EMS training can only be guaranteed if you fol-
low these instructions. Not following these instructions may impair the functionality of
the products, the success of the training and may result in damage to the device or lead to
health hazards. If the following instructions are not observed, we exclude quality claims on
the product. Please also observe the instructions for use of your electrostimulation device.
Use the stimulation suit/strap electrodes in the following order: (In addition, after reading
the following points, you can find an illustrated summary at the bottom of page 18/19).

Getting started

» The stimulation suit consists of polyamide and elastane, the conductive surfaces of the suit
are made of nylon and silver. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, use the product
with caution.
» Please wash suits/strap electrodes according to the washing instructions (see below) before
first use.
» For commercial use: Before each operation, especially after washing, check the conduc-
tivity of the electrodes. Insufficient conductivity hinders the success of the training and
can lead to health hazards. A multimeter can be used for checking the conductivity of the
electrodes. Place the two sensors of the multimeter at a maximum distance from each other
on the electrode surface - if possible at a distance of 10 cm. If the resistance is higher than
30 Ohm, the electrode is not conductive enough and must be replaced. You can purchase a

» Always follow the care and cleaning instructions, otherwise the quality and functionality of
the products cannot be guaranteed.
» First, put on the EMS underwear. Stimulation without underwear is also possible.
» Before putting the suit on, fasten the distribution board onto the appropriate part of the
suit for easy handling.
Moistening of the electrodes (silver-coated surfaces)
» Moisten the electrodes before slipping over and tightening the stimulation suit or the strap
electrodes. Moisten only the electrodes (not the entire suit but only the electrode sur-
faces). Moisten the electrodes in the correct ratio. Electrodes do not have to be dripping
wet with the use of EMS underwear but may need to be moistened with a little more water
as the water passes through the garment. For training without underwear, moistening with
a wet sponge is sufficient. In case of hairiness you should moisturize a little more. Do not
spray water neither on the EMS underwear nor on the suit fabric. Only spray the electrode
surfaces in the suit.
