Troubleshooting
AllStar Die does not cut material completely.
Check placement of AllStar Die on Cutting
Pad and under Pressure Plate of the AllStar
Machine or add additional shim (see #9 of
instructions).
Only half of the shape is cut completely.
Make sure that you are using the alignment
icons on the AllStar Dies as mentioned in the
instructions.
Edges of the die-cuts are rough and ragged.
Turn over or replace Cutting Pad.
Edges of the die-cuts are curling.
Eliminate one shim at a time until curling is
no longer a problem or cut fewer copies.
Bottom side of paper die-cut is wrinkled.
Pull the AllStar Machine handle only 4
inches past the start of resistance OR cut one
sheet of paper at a time OR change
Cutting Pad.
