17.3 Operaton of stirring element

Fill the desired ingredients into the mixing bowl and tilt down the motor unit.
Thereby turn the release lever to the open lock symbol to loosen the latching function
and tilt down the motor unit until it latches. Now the stirring element is hanging in the
mixing bowl and the mixing bowl is closed tightly with the lid.
Plug in the power plug and turn the knob to 0 press button , after this choose the
desired speed level (0-Max), example for Manual Mode.
Speed level P = the device is working on highest speed level as long you hold the knob in
position P.
