The DM500 advance alarm detector protects the area immediately around
your house. It detects the infrared rays emitted by someone moving in front of it and
transmits the information by radio to the base unit.
When the system is fully set, if something is detected, the base unit siren or the siren (confi-
gured for internal modulation) will ring for 10 seconds. The siren light will flash for
10 seconds.

The DM500 detector can be reprogrammed to control:
internal protection (zones 1, 2, 3, 4),

the audible alert from the base unit,
●
the lighting with a Diagral receiver.
●
This detector is only compatible with DIAGRAL TwinPass
TwinPass ® radio transmission.

18 detection beams, with a 8-10 metre range at an angle of 75 to 90°. An alert is

triggered when more than one beam is interrupted
Options for:

- advance alarm (active when Fully set or Group B Set)

Test button and red indicator lights to check:

- the condition of the battery
- the radio link
- the area protected
- the selected function
A buzzer (in test mode):

- to confirm detection
- to indicate a battery fault in the detector
Round the clock tamper protection against opening.

Independently powered for 2 years with the 9 V alkaline battery supplied (the period

of time may be shorter depending on the location of the detector).
