To carry out installation of the ZIPPER PLUS device in conditions of utmost safety, the following
general behavioural provisions must be observed. Before and during the installation procedures
the following must be observed:

Once installation is complete, before using the ZIPPER PLUS device, it is mandatory for the
customer to perform the following:

Have read carefully all provisions, warnings and instructions outlined in
the present manual.
Ensure that the motor of the vehicle is off.
Carry out installation of the device on the tank in an environment provided
with air circulation, and possibly outdoors.
WARNING: diesel fuel is inflammable.
WARNING: the fumes produced by fuel combustion, if inhaled,
are harmful and toxic.
Smoking is not allowed during the installation procedures.
Do not bring free flames near the tank opening.
Observe the provisions outlined in the present manual concerning the use
of equipment and assembling instructions. The use of equipment and
intervention modes different from what outlined in the present manual
may be source of potential danger.
Read carefully the instructions for use outlined in the present manual,
and ensure that any other user (for example the vehicle driver) has read
and understood these instructions, so as to use the device according to
the provisions issued by the manufacturer.
Read the warning and safety provisions carefully, and instruct any other
user about potential residual risks of finger crushing in case, during the
refuelling phase or when opening the device, the latter is used incorrectly
(see section 9 – Refuelling, nozzle
Entrust the keys of the device only to personnel who are qualified, instructed
and trained on the use of the device itself.
Do not leave the opening keys either unattended or on the device, neither must they
be given to children or people who are not authorised to the use of the device.
