GUARANTEE REGULATIONS

Our products are covered by a 12-month guarantee period for manufacturing defects.
Guarantee does not cover parts subject to normal wear due to machine working , in
particular: pistons, grommets, seals, hoses and nozzles.
The guarantee shall be made void if repairs are carried out by unauthorized people, with
the exception of additional responsibilities, particularly damages to people or things.
The guarantee is limited to defects that can be proved and attributable to manufacturer
and/or to the material and enters into force at the time of purchase.
The replacement or repair of any faulty part is subject to the manufacturer's unquestionable
decision.
Only the assistance service and specialized dealers receive spare parts, therefore these
spare parts will be supplied on the basis of this guarantee.
All guarantee rights will become void in case of any kind of operation made to the machine
and/or its system without the explicit authorization of the assistance centre.
Cases and/or defect that are the consequence of normal wear, incorrect and/or improper
use or incorrect connection of the machine, are not covered by the guarantee.
If the guarantee is used, the purchaser shall pay the shipping expenses and the goods
travel at his own risk.
The authorized assistance centre substitutes the manufacturer insofar as the obligations
are rights of the conditions of this guarantee are concerned.
The authorized assistance centre cannot rise any claim and/or right being not part of the
present guarantee regulations.
Periodical checks, calibrations, servicing and modifications are not covered by the
guarantee.
It is compulsory to show either the receipt or the invoice to have the right to use this
guarantee.
The dealer must put his stamp and signature in the proper space on the last page of the
maintenance manual.
When the water pressure cleaner has to be delivered for repair, particular care has to be
taken in packing it in a proper way to avoid damage during the transport. In the case the
machine arrives damaged, the repair costs will not be considered under guarantee.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make modifications to this manual and to the
technical specifications of the manufactured machines without notice.
OWNERSHIP RIGHTS: The goods remain the exclusive property of the selling party until
the agreed price has been paid in full as foreseen by ART. 1523 of the Civil Code.
DISPUTES: The agreements are regulated by the present Italian legislation even if they
are made with foreign people or for material supplied abroad. The competent court is the
one having venue in the supplier legal location. The customer does not have possibility of
adhering o the judical authority of another place. Eventual disputes do not authorize the
customer not to pay invoices at the due time or to enlarge the arranged times.
