Controllo funzionale:
Il funzionamento di questo dispositivo di protezione deve essere verificato
dopo l'installazione.
Procedura di controllo:
Alimentare l'unità RCD e premere il pulsante di prova marcato T. L'unità RCD
deve scattare immediatamente. Questo controllo deve essere ripetuto a
intervalli regolari, per es. mensilmente.
Accensione:
Portare l'interruttore ON/OFF nella posizione ON ( I ) (verso destra).
Spegnimento:
Portare l'interruttore ON/OFF nella posizione OFF ( O ) (verso sinistra).
Intervento automatico:
Se l'unità RCD scatta automaticamente, significa che può essere stato rilevato
un guasto nelle utenze o nell'impianto collegati al dispositivo. In questo caso
controllare sempre l'impianto prima di resettare l'unità RCD. Se il dispositivo
non si resetta, far controllare l'impianto da un elettricista qualificato.
NOTA IMPORTANTE:
È possibile che gli apparecchi funzionino correttamente quando collegati a
una presa "normale", ma quando collegati a un'unità di sicurezza ne
provochino l'intervento. In questo caso significa che è presente un guasto
nell'apparecchio, al quale l'unità di sicurezza reagisce scattando. Far
controllare l'apparecchio interessato da un elettricista qualificato.

Mounting:
For fitting in switches and flush mounting boxes made of insulating materials
for equipment according to DIN 49200.
Operational check:
The functional operation of this protective device must be checked after
installation.
Check procedure:
Switch on the RCD and press the test button marked T. The RCD must trip
instantaneously. This check should be repeated at regular intervals, e.g. monthly.
Switching ON:
Set the ON / OFF switch to the ON position ( I ) (slide to the right).
Switching OFF:
Set the ON / OFF switch to the OFF position ( O ) (slide to the left).
RCD tripping :
If the RCD unit trips automatically in service, a fault may have been detected
in the equipment or wiring connected to the device. In such circumstances
always check the equipment before resetting the RCD unit. If the device will
not reset, then have the installation checked by a qualified electrician.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
It is quite possible that appliances seem to work obviously correct at a
"normal" socket - outlet, but, when connected to the Safety Unit, cause its
tripping. In this case there is a fault in the appliance to which the Safety
Unit reacts by tripping. Let the appropriate appliance be checked by a
qualified electrician.
