gefährliche Situationen beim Arbeiten:
rückstoß
Die Kettensäge neigt zum rückstoß, wenn die Spitze
der Führungsleiste (insbesondere ihr letztes Viertel)
ungewollt mit Holz oder jedwedem anderen festen
gegenstand in berührung kommt. In solchem Fall
wird sich die Säge unkontrollierbar bewegen und in
richtung der bedienung zurückspringen (Verletzung-
srisiko!). (Abb. 3, A1,A2).
rückstöße können in erhöhtem maß durch gelassenes
Arbeiten und Vorsehen wie folgt vermieden werden:
beim Sägen verfolgen Sie immer die Stirnseite der
Führungsleiste. Sägen mit der Stirnseite der Leiste ist
verboten.
beim Sägen von dünnen und flexiblen ästen mit Vor-
sicht umgehen. Die Sägekette kann in sie einfach so-
zusagen hineinbeißen.
Eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit widmen Sie dem Ein-
setzen der Leiste in das bereits angeschnittene Holz
bei Schnittbeendigung.
Gegendruck (Widerstand)
Der gegendruck (Widerstand) tritt beim Versuch das
Holz von unten zu sägen, bei Kontaktaufnahme des
Oberteils der Führungsleiste der Kette mit einem steif-
en gegenstand oder beim Einklemmen der Kette im
Schnitt ein (Abb. 4).
Zug nach vorne
beim unterlassenen richten des Krallenanschlags
(17) gegen das gesägte Holz zieht die Kette beim Ein-
klemmen oder Stoß gegen einen steifen gegenstand
im Holz die Säge nach vorne - siehe Abb. 5.
Daher ist es sehr wichtig, den Krallenanschlag (17)
beim Sägen möglichst gegen das gesägte Holz zu
richten.
ELECTRIC SHOCK PROTECTION

! The device has a power cord with a plug with a pro-
tective pin. The electrical socket must be earthed.
Faults due to short-circuit at the inlet are not covered
by warranty!
! If you have any doubts as to the grounding of the
electrical socket, have it checked by a qualified electri-
cian or service technician. Do not coat the fork sup-
plied with your product. If it does not fit into an electri-
cal outlet, have it installed by a qualified electrician. Do
not use any product with this product.
! Use only 3-wire extension cables that have 3-pin
earthing and 3-pole cable connectors that match the
product's fork.
! Use only extension cables that are designed for out-
door use and a drawer that has a waterproof construc-
tion. These extension cables are labeled "Permissible
for use with larger devices". If you do not use them,
store them inside.
! Use only extension cables that do not have a cal-
culation power less than the electrical power of the
product.
! Do not use damaged extension cables. before using
the extension cable, check it and replace it if it is dam-
aged. Unsuitable extension cables may be dangerous.
! Do not strain the extension cord in an unsuitable way
and disconnect the cable by pulling on the cord. Keep
the cable away from the heat of sharp edges. Always
unplug the appliance from the power cord before re-
moving it from the extension cable.
! Never operate the appliance during rain or thunder-
storms to reduce the risk of electric shock. Do not
touch the fork with a wet hand. It is strictly forbidden to
let water flow into the machine.
