MONTAGGIO:
Tutti i sensori di livello di questa serie sono parzialmente
schermati, ciò significa che sono stati progettati per quelle ap-
plicazioni in cui il materiale da rilevare entra in contatto con il
sensore.
Con questi tipi di misurazione la testa del sensore è completa-
mente immersa nella polvere, granulati o liquidi.
I sensori filettati vengono forniti con due dadi.
Per il serraggio occorre seguire la tabella della massima
torsione e, per il montaggio in blocchi filettati, occorre conside-
rare la lunghezza massima della filettatura (norme DIN 13). Per i sensori senza filettatura è disponibile
una gamma di staffe adatte.
REGOLAZIONE DELLA SENSIBILITÀ - POTENZIOMETRO 1 (25 GIRI):
• Faccia attiva (= zona libera da filettatura o 25 mm) completamente nel materiale da rilevare
• Ruotando il potenziometro a destra aumentare la sensibilità fino a raggiungere il punto di scatto
(LED accesso).
• Ruotare ora il potenziometro a destra di ulteriori 90° (=maggiore sicurezza di commutazione)
• Se il sensore commuta immediatamente a contatto con il materiale, allora ruotare il potenziometro
a sinistra fino al punto di scatto, poi ruotare nuovamente a destra come descritto sopra.
REGOLAZIONE DEL RITARDO - POTENZIOMETRO 2 (270°):
A seconda del modello, l'apparecchiatura può avere un ritardo all'eccitazione/
diseccitazione. Periodo di tempo regolabile: 1 sec. fino 10 min.
Girare il potenziometro a destra fino alla regolazione del tempo desiderato. IL LED
lampeggia più o meno frequentemente rispetto al tempo regolato.

Mounting:
The level sensors and level probes of the series 95 are for
non-flush mounting. That means they are designed for appli-
cations where the active area of the sensor is in contact with
the material to be detected.
With this kind of level control the sensor head (active area) is
completely immersed into the powder, granulate or liquid.
Threaded sensors are supplied with 2 nuts. The following table
should be consulted when considering the maximum torgue.
For mounting in threaded blocks the maximum screw-in length
has to be taken into consideration (according to DIN 13). For sensors without thread the range of ac-
cessories provides suitable mounting blocks.

S ENSITIVITY ADJUSTMENT - POTENTIOMETER 1 (25 turns)
• Immerse the active area (= thread-free zone or 25 mm) into the product to be detected.
• Turn the potentiometer to the right until the switchpoint is achieved (LED on).
• Then turn the potentiometer further 90° to the right (reliable switching).
• If the sensor switches immediately when immersing the sensor then turn the potentiometer to the
left to the switchpoint and then to the right again as described above.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE TIME DELAY - POTENTIOMETER 2 (270°):
Dependent on the model the unit has an adjustable on-delay and/or off-delay. The
adjustable time range is: 1 sec. to 10 min.
Turn the 270° potentiometer to the right to the required time delay. The LED display
is flashing fast or slow related to the adjusted time.
