Push the power button. The LaCie 5big is ready to use once the drive LEDs turn solid blue.

• LaCie 5big enclosures shipped with disks which are preconfigured as RAID 5 and
formatted for Mac (HFS+).
• You can use LaCie RAID Manager to change the RAID. For instructions, see
