GRILLING
· Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the grill plate and mini pans.
· Only use wooden or plastic utensils so you do not damage the stone or the anti-stick coating of the
grill plate or mini pans.
· You can use the circles on the grill plate to bake eggs or pancakes.
WOK
· Apply some grease to the wok pans before using them, to avoid sticking.
· Do not touch the pans with bare hands; use the handles and take care not to heat used empty pans.
· the wok pans can be used for all sorts of foods: meat, vegetables, fruit ... But also for baking eggs and
small potatos.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

· Clean the appliance after every use.
· Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning it. Wait until the appliance has completely cooled
down.
· All external surfaces can be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge.
· Clean the grill plate and raclette pans with water and some mild detergent.
· Do not use sharp objects. Only use a wooden scraper.
· Make sure that water can not get into the appliance.
· Never use any aggressive of abrasive cleaning agents. These could cause damage the non-stick surface

· Do not immerse the appliance in water and never clean it in a dishwasher.
