Battery Installation; Operating The Radio - Konig Electronic HAV-SR41 Anleitung

IMPORTANT: This is radio is SPLASH WATER RESISTANT, not water-proof.
DO NOT SUBMERGE OR PUT UNDER THE MAIN WATER FLOW
1. <FM SCAN> BUTTON
2. <RESET> BUTTON
3. POWER INDICATOR LIGHT
4. VOLUME ON/OFF CONTROL
5. WATER-RESISTANT SPEAKER
6. BATTERY COMPARTMENT
7. NORMAL TIME SETTING KNOB

BATTERY INSTALLATION

1. CLOCK: Insert 1 "AA-size" (UM3) battery into the clock's battery compartment according to the
correct polarity.
2. RADIO: Insert 2 "AAA-size" (UM4) batteries into the radio's battery compartment according to the
correct polarity.

OPERATING THE RADIO

1. Turn on the radio by rotating the VOLUME KNOB to the desired position. The power indicator
light will come on.
2. Press the <RESET> button to go to the low end of the FM range.
3. Press the <FM SCAN> button to automatically search for the next station.
4. Press the <FM SCAN> button again until the desired station is reached.
5. Be sure to turn off the radio after use.
NOTE:
Avoid leaving the radio on at a minimum volume as this will wear down the batteries quickly. If the
unit is not going to be used for a long period of time, such as a month or longer, remove the batteries
to prevent possible leakage of the batteries and damage to the radio.
RESET:
This product may need to be manually reset after receiving a high static discharge.
Please note:
- If water and / or moisture enters the unit, remove all batteries and allow the unit to dry completely.
Discard the unit immediately if either the clock or the radio is no longer functional.
