SERVICE/GUARANTEE
There is a three-year guarantee, which begins on the day of purchase. For proof of the purchase date please keep your
sales receipt.
The guarantee is valid for appliances purchased in Germany. It covers defects and malfunctions which occur within the
period of the guarantee with normal use and which can be traced back to faults in the material and manufacturing
process,
Under the guarantee there are no charges for the carrying out of repairs.
The guarantee becomes invalid through damage, changes and using the appliance for purposes for which it was not
designed in so far as these lie outside the area of responsibility of the guarantor. This is especially applicable in the
following cases:.
Interference to the appliance by unauthorised people
Changes to the outside or inside of the appliance, removing or defacing of the serial number, removing or changing
of the seal on the appliance.
Damage, which can be traced back to banging, falling or external influences.
Damage, which can be traced back to inappropriate usage or misuse.
Damage through external factors e.g. excess voltage, lightning.
Commercial use of the appliance.
In the case of a defective appliance (subsequent delivery, cancellation, deterioration, damage replacement respectively,
according to Paragraph 437 BGB ) your legal rights are not limited by this guarantee.
Please keep the original packaging in case you need to send the appliance back for repair. Repaired or exchanged
components are subject to the standard remaining guarantee period of the appliance.
If you should have any questions about the product or these instructions or if you actually discover faults in the product
please contact directly our service hotline to discuss what action needs to be taken.

Important advice:
Please do not send your appliance to our address without prior notice. Please ensure you contact our service hotline
beforehand. The costs and the risk of loss for anything sent to us without prior request are to be met by the sender. We
reserve the right to refuse to accept such goods or to send these goods back to the sender at their expense.
