PRS-TT Tool Tray
Hook Assembly
1. Remove one M8 nut from the hook and slide into the bottom T-track of
the extrusion. (Figure 1)
2. Thread the end of the hook into the M8 nut in the T-track so that the
other M8 nut and the washer are on the outside of the T-track, as
shown. Thread until just before the hook stops threading.
3. Slide the hook in the desired location and tighten the lower M8 nut with
a wrench.
Bracket Mounting Hardware Assembly
1. Assemble the M8 x 60mm button head cap screw, M8 washers, spacers
and M8 locknuts as shown and tighten with a 5mm hex key and a 13mm
box end wrench. (Figure 2)
2. Loosely assemble the M8 x 16mm button head cap screw and M8 T-nuts
as shown.
3. Slide the mounting bracket onto the repair stand to desired position and
fully tighten. (Figure 3)
Final Tray Assembly
1. Slide the tray assembly onto the bracket with the M8 T-Nuts in the
bottom track of the extrusion. (Figure 4)
2. Using a 5 mm hex key, tighten the two M8 x 16mm button head cap
screws so that the tray assembly is secure.

Montage du Crochet
1. Retirer 1 écrou M8 du crochet et l'insérer dans le rail inférieur du plateau
(Figure 1).
2. Visser le crochet dans l'écrou M8 à l'intérieur du rail afin que l'écrou et la
rondelle restés sur le crochet soient à l'extérieur du rail comme indiqué.
Arrêter de viser juste avant la fin du pas sur le crochet.
3. Glisser le crochet dans la position désirée et resserrer l'écrou M8
extérieur à l'aide d'une clé..
Montage de la patte de fixation
1. Assembler les vis M8 x 60mm, rondelles M8 et écrous M8 comme indiqué
et resserrer à l'aide d'une clé hexagonale de 5mm et d'une clé à œil de
13mm. (Figure 2)
2. Assembler, sans serrer, les vis M8 x 16mm et les écrous coulissants M8
comme indiqué.
3. Coulisser la patte de fixation sur le montant du pied de réparation dans la
position désirée. (Figure 3)
Assemblage final du plateau
1. Coulisser le plateau porte-outil sur la fixation en glissant les écrous
coulissant M8 dans le rail inférieur. (Figure 4)
2. A l'aide d'une clé hexagonale de 5mm, resserrer les deux vis M8 x 16mm
afin que le plateau soit sécurisé.
