Possible causes
• The units are not turned on
• The adapters are not connected
• The receiver has run out of batteries
• The receiver is in VOX mode
• Transmitter sensitivity too low
• Receiver volume set too low
• The 2 units are out of reach
• Screen brightness too low
• The camera is badly positioned
• The receiver is in «Audio» mode
• The receiver is in VOX mode
• Sound input level too high
• The receiver is in continuous mode
• There is interference of other devices
operating on the same channel
• The batteries are flat
• The rechargeable battery is damaged
Solutions
• Check that each unit is working (the start-up
indicator light of each unit should turn green)
• Check that each adapter is properly connected to its
unit as well as to a power socket
• Connect the receiver to the power
• If no sound is emitted by baby the screen is not
triggered You must switch to "VOX OFF" mode in
the menu to continuously hear baby
• Adjust the transmitter sensitivity in the digital menu,
option eby selecting the highest level
• Adjust the volume level by pressing buttons + and –
on the receiver
• Move the transmitter and receiver closer together
• Adjust the screen brightness in the digital menu,
option by selecting the desired level
• Position the camera so that it faces baby
• Select the "ON" mode on the receiver using the
power switch
• If no sound is emitted by baby the screen is not
triggered "VOX OFF" must be selected in the menu
• Adjust the microphone sensitivity in the option
by pressing the «low» button
• "VOX OFF" must be selected in the menu
• Move any electrical devices that may affect
transmission, or move the transmitter
• Recharge the battery using the power adapter
(transmitter)
