DISASSEMBLING (FIG. C)
·Remove the inlet swivel to access the internal parts: spring valve, valve and sleeve.
Remove the 2 screws on the trigger for removing the cam and the two O-rings.
ASSEMBLING
·Place an O-ring on the cam and insert it in the body (Fig. D). Push the cam until the
empty groove appears on the other side. ATTENTION: DO NOT PASS THE WIDTH OF
THIS GROOVE (Fig. E). Place the second O-ring in its groove. Insert the sleeve in
the handle body.
·Place the rubber valve on its seat. Insert the valve seat in the narrow end of the
spring. Insert this assembly in the handle body.
·Mount the inlet swivel and tight it firmly.
·Screw the trigger in its position. The use of a small amount of nut locker is recom-
mended.

DESMONTAJE (Fig. C)
·Retirar la rótula inferior para extraer las partes internas, muelle, portajuntas, junta y
empujador. Quitar a continuación los dos tornillos que sujetan el gatillo para acceder
al eje y a las dos juntas tóricas superiores.
MONTAJE
·Montar una tórica en el eje (Fig. D). Meter el eje de forma que sobresal-ga por el otro
lado. ATENCIÓN: EL EJE SÓLO DEBE SOBRESALIR EL ANCHO DE LA CAJERA. De
otro modo se producirán cortes en la primera tórica (Fig. E). Montar segunda tórica y
colocar el eje en su posición.
·Montar el empujador según muestra el dibujo.
·Montar la válvula de goma en el portaválvulas y este a su vez en el extremo inferior
del muelle cónico.
·Montar el conjunto rótula inferior y apretar.
·Posicionar el gatillo. Montar los tornillos con sellador y arandelas. Apretar todo el
conjunto.

DEMONTAGE (Fig. C)
·Retirer la rotule inférieure pour extraire les parties intérieures, ressort, portejoint,
joint et poussoir. Elever ensuite les deux vis fixant la gachette pour accéder à l'axe et
aux deux joints toriques supérieurs.
MONTAGE
·Monter un joint dans l'axe (Fig. D). Mettre l'axe de facon à ce qu'il dépasse de l'au-
tre coté ATTENTION: L'AXE DOIT UNIQUEMENT DÉPASSER LA LARGEUR DE LA
GORGE. Si celui ci est plus large, des coupes pourraient se produire dans le premier
joint torique (Fig. E). Monter le deuxieme joint torique et mettre l'axe en position.
·Monter le poussoir (voir dessin).
·Monter la vanne en caoutchouc dans le portevannes et ensuite placer celui ci dans
l'extrémité inférieure du ressort conique.
·Monter l'ensemble rotule inférieure et serrer
·Placer la gachette. Monter les vis avec produit d'étanchéité et rondelles. Serrer l'en-
semble.

ZERLEGUNG (Fig. C)
·Lösen Sie das untere Mundstück, um die inneren Teile, Feder, Dichtungshalter,
Dichtung und Stössel zu entnehmen. Schrauben Sie 2 Schrauben los, die den Hebel
mit der Achse und den beiden obeiden oberen O-Ring-Dichtungen hält.
ZUSAMMENBAU
·Setzen Sie eine Dichtung an die Achse (Fig. D). Sie beides in den Körper
der Pistole. Stecken Sie die.
Achse so hinein, dass sie auf der anderen Seite herausguckt.
ACHTUNG: DIE ACHSE DARF NUR MIT DER BREITE DER DICHTUNGSRILLE
ÜBERSTEHEN, da anderenfalls Schnitte in der ersten O-Ring-Dichtung (Fig. E) ents-
tehen. Montieren Sie dann die zweite O-Ring-Dichtung und brin gen Sie die Achse in
ihre Position.
·Montieren Sie den Stössel gemäss der Zeichnung.
·Setzen Sie das Gummiventil in den Ventilhalter und anschliessend beides an das
untere Ende der kegelfeder.
·Befestigen Sie das untere Mundstück
·Positionieren Sie den Hebel der Pistole. Schrauben Sie die beiden Schrauben mit
einer Versiegelung und den Unterlegscheiben fest.
