Der Anschluß der Versorgungsspannung muß von einer autorisierter El-Installatör laut untenstehendes
Diagramm ausgeführt werden.
Bitte bemerke, daß der Trafo zum aktuellen Versorgungsspannung umgekuppelt werden soll. Als Stan-
dard ist der Trafo an 230 Volt gekuppelt.
Montieren Sie einen Schalter vorne auf der Stromversorgung um die Service der Anlage einfacher zu
machen.
Spezifikation:
Eingang: 115/ 200/ 230 VAC, 50/ 60 Hz, 880 VA.
Sicherung primär 4 At. bei 200 - 230 Volt ein, 8 At bei 115 Volt ein. Die Ersatzsicherung ist in dem Box
plaziert.
Ausgang: 2X 27 VAC, Max. 6 Stück Milk-Meter pro Ausgang. Sicherung sekundär 10 AT.

Description:
The Soffimat power supply can supply up to 12 pcs. Milk-Meters MM85, and it can be mounted in milking
parlours.
The power supply is equipped with two sets of outputs, and have a max. capacity of 6 pcs. Milk-Meters
pr. output. Every set is supplying the Milk-Meter controls and a heating element, which is preventing
moist in the Milk-Meter control box between the milking turns. A relay switches the power from the heat-
ing element to the Milk-Meter controls. If there is 200-230 Volt on connector A1 and A2 of the relay, the
power is switched to the Milk-Meter controls. If there is no power on connector A1 and A2, the power is
switched to the heater.
The voltage to A1 and A2 is controlled by the washing unit, switching on and off together with the vacuum
pump, or it is controlled by a switch.
The green lamp on the front cover indicates if there is current on the outputs.
Always disconnect the power, before the power supply is opened.
Mounting:
Mount the power supply, where there is less humidity and dirt, this means as high as possible.
Mount the power supply as close to the Milk-Meters detachers as possible. Use Min. 6 mm² cable for the
connection between the power supply and the Milk-Meter controls, and min. 2,5 mm² cable between the
power supply and the heaters.
The connection of the main supply is to be made by an authorised electrician according to the below dia-
gram.
Please note that the Trafo will have to be set to the actual supply current. As a standard the Trafo is set
to 230 Volt
Mount a switch in the mains supply to make the servicing easier.
