Intellitext™ - news, sports and more
Intellitext* provides on-demand text information such as sports headlines and news. The text is
stored in your radio while you listen to stations and is updated by the broadcasters. Intellitext is
listed by station and split into categories. For example, the broadcaster may send information on
Football, Cricket, Headlines etc.
When your radio is on, Intellitext will only appear for stations that you have been tuned to for a
while. While your radio is in standby it will collect updates (from the last station from which you
viewed Intellitext) ready for when you next switch on.

Setting a sleep timer

You can set a sleep timer after which your radio will switch itself into standby mode.
Timer 1. Press the Timer button and turn and push the dial to choose the Sleep timer option.
2. Turn the dial and push to select 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes or Sleep off to set no
sleep time. You will see the Timer icon displayed on screen.
Return to the Sleep timer menu to view the time remaining until your radio will switch off, to
change the sleep time or cancel the sleep timer. Press and hold the Timer button to reset all
kitchen and sleep timers.

Delete Intellitext after 1 week (default) or 1 day.
