Safety instructions

Always observe the following safety instructions for the use and maintenance of the
Finitube
• Always use both handles for support when working with the machine.
• Wear safety goggles, dust mask, ear protectors,
work gloves and sturdy footwear.
• Never overload the equipment.
• Hold the work piece securely in place with clamps or a bench vice,
if necessary. This leaves both hands free for working.
• Never clamp the Finitube in a bench vice.
• Avoid abnormal or unsteady posture.
• Keep your hands away from the running sanding belt.
• Grinders must be used in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions.
• The mains voltage and the voltage information indicated on the equipment must
match.

Instructions for use

• Only use the Finitube for finishing round or oval tubes.
• Unplug the machine from the mains before attempting to fit a belt.
• Lay the sanding belt (675x40 mm) on the rollers by folding the bottom arm slightly inwards.
• Hold the machine firmly by both handles.
• Start the motor and press the sanding belt against the tube.
Fold the arm around the tube by pushing the round handle forwards.
• Hold the Finitube at an angle to the work piece while sanding.

Guarantee

Provided the machine is used in accordance with the instructions, CIBO offers a 24-month guar-
antee. Parts subject to normal wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee.
Interventions carried out by the user on the machine during the guarantee period release CIBO
from any guarantee obligation.
