PREPARATION FOR USE
5.1
CHARGING THE BATTERY
Fully charge the battery before using the lamp for the first time.
Charge the torch only when it is switched off.
1. Connect the micro-USB cable to the micro-USB charging port and the power
supply.
▶ The state of charge indicator lamp flashes red whilst the torch is being charged.
▶ Shut down the charging process when the state of charge indicator lamp lights
up continuously green.
2. Disconnect the lamp from the power supply.
NOTICE
▶ The lamp charging voltage of 5 V must not be exceeded.

OPERATION
6.1
OPERATING MODES OF THE LAMP
The torch offers two operating modes:
▶ Operating mode 1: Spotlight (light output 80 lm)
▶ Operating mode 2: Main light (light output 220 lm)

WARNING
▶ Never look directly into the beam of light.
▶ Never shine the beam of light directly into the eyes of people or animals.
▶ When used in a commercial setting the users must be given instructions as
detailed in the accident prevention instructions.
6.2
SWITCHING THE SPOTLIGHT ON AND OFF
1. Press the On/Off button 1× to switch the spotlight on.
2. Press the On/Off button 2× to switch the spotlight off.
6.3
SWITCHING THE MAIN LIGHT ON AND OFF
The torch must be switched off.
1. Press the On/Off button 2× to switch the main light on.
2. Press the On/Off button 1× to switch the main light off.
6.4
SECURING THE LAMP
The magnetic base and magnet on the pocket clip can be attached
to any smooth flat magnetic surface.
