Loosely screw the nut onto the end of the U bolts. You can tighten the nuts
after completing the installation (see Figure 4 for the final installation step).
Installation of the wind speedometer
Press the wind speed sensor onto the shaft at the top of the sensor (see Figure
5 left). Tighten the screw with a screwdriver (size: PH0) (see Figure 5 right).
Make sure that the wind speed sensor can rotate freely. There should be no
friction when turning.
Installation of the wind vane
Press the vane to the other side of the shaft where the wind speed sensor is
already located (see Figure 6, left). Tighten the screw with a screwdriver (size:
PH0) until the vane cannot be removed (see figure 6 right). Make sure that
the vane can rotate freely. The movement of the vane is characterized by low
friction, which allows accurate measurement of the wind direction.
