Warning
Place the smoke machine at least 100 cm away from flammable material such as curtains,
books, etc. Make sure that the appliance is secured in such a way that the casing cannot
be touched by accident. Never put a plug in or take one out of a wall socket with wet hands. If the
appliance becomes damaged to such an extent that the internal components are visible, the plug may
NEVER be put into the wall socket and the appliance NEVER switched on. In this event contact your
supplier. Only connect the appliance to a 230V AC / 50 Hz earthed wall socket. To prevent the equip-
ment falling down (from being hung up), a safety hanging cable must be used. This means it can fall
on to a strong chain, steel cable or something similar, which must be attached separately from the
bracket. The bracket supplied must be used as the main fastening so as to hang the equipment up pro-
perly. In order to prevent accidents, the applicable guidelines must be followed as well as the safety
instructions / warnings being taken into account. Keep the equipment out of the reach of children.
Safety
ALWAYS connect the smoke machine to a wall socket or extension cable with an earthed connection!
PLEASE NOTE: the power cable may only be replaced with a type supplied by US Blaster Europe BV.
Topping up the liquid reservoir must be done carefully. First take the plug out of the wall socket! Then
turn the reservoir cap and fill using a suitable funnel. The openings on the top of the box must be left
free for good ventilation. The heating element of the smoke machine produces heat which must be
expelled. Do not therefore put any objects on the smoke machine.
Installation and use
Take the smoke machine out of the packaging. Do not yet connect the power to the remote control,
but connect the cable from the remote control to the connection on the rear of the smoke machine.
Fill the liquid reservoir using a suitable funnel. Then put the plug into the wall socket. The heating ele-
ment is now switched on automatically. The warming up takes about 10 minutes, depending on the
surrounding temperature. Once the smoke machine has reached the correct temperature, the thermo-
stat clicks and the red light switches on. Now press the red knob briefly and the smoke machine pro-
duces good thick smoke. Once the smoke generator is at the right temperature (the red light is lit),
the smoke machine can produce smoke for about 3 minutes without interruption. After this period the
smoke machine has cooled off so much that it switches off via the thermostat. The heating element
then needs a couple of minutes to bring the smoke generator back to a sufficient temperature. If you
let the smoke machine produce smoke with short intervals, the temperature will stay at the right level
and it will not switch off.
Setting up
Place the smoke machine in an easily accessible place so it can be refilled easily. It's also possible to
hang the smoke machine up using the supplied bracket.
Switching off
Always switch the smoke machine off by pulling the plug out of the wall socket. Otherwise the 700 Watt
heating will continue to use power unnecessarily.
