Thank you for choosing the Simply Genius water maintenance system with refill cartridge for carefree water maintenance. You only need a flat screwdriver
for securing the hose clamps and hose connections to the pump's return line. This system is suitable for above-ground pools of up to 10.000 Liter (2,650 Gallon).

Connect the Simply Genius water maintenance system like this:
(use the drawing on the following page)
1. Assemble the swimming pool as indicated by the supplier's instructions. Do you already have an existing pool?
Remove the pump's electric plug from the socket andinsert the plugs for the suction and return openings in the pool before starting to install the Simply Genius.
2. Connect the correct diameter hose (A or B), which is supplied with the Simply Genius, to the pump's return line.
3. Tighten the hose clamp (C).
4. Now mount the Simply Genius T-piece (D) at an angle of approx. 25 degrees diagonally to the hose, as shown on the drawing. Verify once more that it is connected to the pump return line.
5. Now connect the return hose to the pool and check that all hose clamps are properly tightened.
6. Remove the refill cartridge (E) from the film packaging and insert this in the T-piece with the grips on top. Turn the refill cartridge so that it fully fits into the T-piece.
7. Screw the child-proof cap (F) onto the T-piece.
8. Remove the suction and return swimming pool plugs and vent the pump with the bleed valve in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
9. Important: Always let the pump run for at least two hours after placing the refill cartridge! And afterwards for at least 8 hours a day (4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in
the evening).
Ensure that the chlorine content satisfies the legal requirements. These may differ per country. If required, you can increase or decrease the chlorine level by running the pump
for longer or less than an average of eight hours a day.
