Crimpmaschine UP 14 ZLW und dem auswechselbaren WEZAG Crimpwerkzeug-System verarbeitet. Passend zum Crimpkontakt wird ein geeignetes, auswechselbares Gesenk in der pneumatischen Crimpmaschine UP 14 ZLW montiert. Durch das pneumatische Fußpedal wird der Crimpvorgang ausgelöst und der Crimpkontakt verarbeitet. -

Umgang mit der Betriebsanleitung Die Betriebsanleitung enthält alle Informationen über die Bedienungselemente, Handhabung, Wartungs- und Einstellarbeiten sowie alle technischen Daten. Die Betriebsanleitung muss ständig an der pneumatischen Crimpmaschine UP 14 ZLW verfügbar sein. Jeder der mit Arbeiten an der Maschine beauftragt ist, muss die Betriebsanleitung gelesen und verstanden haben. - Seite 8 Betreiben Sie die pneumatische Crimpmaschine UP 14 ZLW nicht, bevor Sie alle Anweisungen gelesen und verstanden haben. Die pneumatische Crimpmaschine UP 14 ZLW darf nur in trockenen, staubfreien Räumen, sowie in einem vollständigen und funktionsfähigen Zustand betrieben werden. Bei Feststellung von Mängeln an der Maschine muss die Arbeit unterbrochen und die Störung behoben werden, bevor weiter mit der Maschine gearbeitet wird. Arbeiten Sie sorgfältig. Es darf nur eine Person an oder mit der Maschine tätig sein. Es darf nur geschultes Personal an der Maschine tätig werden. Es darf nur mit dem angegebenen Betriebsdruck gearbeitet werden. -

VORSICHT Verlegen Sie so die Schläuche am Boden, dass sie keine Stolpergefahr bilden. Fußpedal nicht in Verkehrswegen verlegen! Der Zugang zu den Stellteilen der Maschine muss frei gehalten werden. Dies gilt insbesondere für das Fußpedal und den Rückstell-Taster. Versuchen Sie nie in die Gefahrenstelle zu greifen, ohne dass die Maschine sicher von der pneumatischen Versorgung getrennt wurde. Unterbrechen Sie die pneumatische Versorgung, bevor Sie die Schutzabdeckung und das Gesenkpaar auswechseln. -

Crimpvorgang mit Positionierer: 1. Klappen Sie den Positionierer auf. 2. Crimpkontakt in den Positionierer einlegen. Dabei die korrekte Zuordnung zu dem jeweiligen Crimpprofil und den ordnungsgemäßen Sitz in dem Crimpprofil achten! 3. Schließen und verriegeln Sie den Positionierer. 4. Legen Sie den nach Spezifikation abisolierten Leiter in den Kontakt ein und positionieren Sie diesen. -
