Important : Do not use the blender for longer than 1 minute without a pause. Allow
the appliance to cool for a couple of minutes before continuing.
5. After use, set the rotary switch on « O » and unplug the appliance.
IMPORTANT
Do not put hot liquid in the blender. Let the liquid cool down before blending it, si that
you do not get burnt. Please remember to clip the lid securely in place before blending.
The blades are very sharp, handle it with care.
Keep your hands out of the jar whilst the appliance is connected
or in use to avoid injuries.
Plug the appliance after the lid is securely clipped in place.
Useful tips
- This appliance is made for the preparation of small quantities of ingredients. If you
need to prepare a big quantity you need to prepare many small amounts of
ingredients.
- If you wish to prepare solid ingredients, cut them in pieces of 2 or 3 cm.
- If you blend a mix of solid and liquid ingredients, place first the solid ingredients with
a small quantity of liquid. Add the remaining liquid litllle by little by the opening in the
lid.
- Place your hand on the top of the lid to secure the appliance when in function.
- For stirring solid or thick liquid ingredients we recommend that you use the blender in
pulse mode to prevent the blades from becoming stuck.
- Do not use this appliance to whip up egg-whites, to mince meat, or to prepare
mashed potatoes.
- Do not put bones or big pieces of frozen food in the jar.
CLEANING
1. Make sure the appliance is unplugged from electrical outlet before cleaning.
2. Wipe the outside body of the appliance with damp cloth.
Do not immerse the appliance and its cable in water or any other liquid.
3. Wash the blades right after you have used the appliance, in order to prevent
bacterial growth.
Caution ! The blades are very sharp ! Handle it with care.
4. Do no put any piece or accessory in the dishwasher, do not use abrasive products.
5. Let the accessories dry thoroughly before replacing them on the basis.
Ustensiles
For ice crushing and short, powerful impulse movents (the
switch does not permanently engage in the 'M' setting. You
need to hold the switch or turn it repeatedly.)
