Laparoscopic Smoke Filtration Device
1 Connect patient end luer connector on the tubing to the appropriate surgical
device (stopcock on trocar or canula).
2 Connect large open end of tubing to Buffalo Filter Smoke Evacuator filter
inlet port. If fluid will be evacuated, please use fluid suction container
(P/N SCC1001).
3 Position the drape clip.
4 When smoke plume needs to be evacuated, depress the suction on/off button
on the Buffalo Filter Smoke Evacuation System and then turn the stopcock on
the trocar to evacuate the smoke from the surgical site.
5 This Laparoscopic Smoke Evacuator Tubing Kit should be used at
approximately 10-50% suction control level with any Buffalo Filter Smoke
Evacuation System.

required to maintain a clear field.
5 This Laparoscopic Smoke Evacuator Tubing Kit should be used at
approximately 10-50% suction control level with any Buffalo Filter Smoke
Evacuation System.
CAUTION: Use the lowest possible setting for removal of smoke plume from the surgical site.
Do not exceed 50% suction control level during surgical procedure.
CAUTION: Extended smoke removal by the stopcock on the trocar may cause reduction of the
pneumoperitonium.

Schlauchsatz für laparoskopischen Rauchgasabsauger
1 Schließen Sie den patientenseitigen luer-anschluss des Schlauchs an das
entsprechende Chirurgiegerät (Hahn am trokar oder an der kanüle) an.
2 Schließen Sie das große offene Ende des Schlauchs an den Ansaugkanal
des Buffalo Filter -Rauchabsaugfilters an. Verwenden Sie beim Absaugen von
Flüssigkeiten den Flüssigkeitsbehälter (Teile-Nr. SCC1001).
3 Bringen Sie die Tuchklemme an.
4 Wenn die Rauchfahnen abgesaugt werden müssen, drücken Sie die Ein/Aus-
Taste des Buffalo Filter -Rauchgasabsaugsystem und drehen Sie den Hahn am
Trokar auf, um den Rauch vom Operationsfeld abzusaugen.
5 Dieser Schlauchsatz für laparoskopischen Rauchgasabsauger kann mit jedem
Rauchgasabsaugsystem von Buffalo Filter bei einer Saugleistung von ca.
10–50 % verwendet werden.

3 Bringen Sie die Tuchklemme an.
4 Wenn die Rauchfahnen abgesaugt werden müssen, drücken Sie die Ein/Aus-
Taste des Buffalo Filter -Rauchgasabsaugesystem und drücken Sie das Ventil
so weit herunter, wie es für ein klares Feld erforderlich ist.
5 Dieser Schlauchsatz für laparoskopischen Rauchgasabsauger kann mit jedem
Rauchgasabsaugsystem von Buffalo Filter bei einer Saugleistung von ca.
10–50 % verwendet werden.
VORSICHT: Verwenden Sie immer die kleinstmögliche Einstellung zum Entfernen der Rauchfahnen
vom Operationsfeld. Während der Operation darf eine Saugleistung 50 % nicht überschritten werden.
VORSICHT: Eine verlängerte Rauchgasabsaugung am Hahn des Trokars kann zu einer Reduzierung
des Pneumoperitoneums führen.

1 Conectar el terminal del paciente del conecto r luer en el tubo, al dispositivo
quirúrgico apropiado (tope de purga en el trócar o cánula).
2 Conectar el terminal ancho abierto del tubo al puerto de entrada del filtro del
evacuador de humo Buffalo Filter . Si se va a evacuar fluido, usar el recipiente
para succión de fluidos (P/N SCC1001).
3 Posicione el collar de sujeción.
4 Cuando se necesita evacuar humo, presione el botón de encendido/apagado
de la succión del Sistema de evacuación de humo Buffalo Filter y haga girar el
tope de purga en el trócar para evacuar el humo del sitio quirúrgico.
5 Este kit de tubos evacuadores de humo laparosc ópico debe utilizarse a un
nivel de control de succión de aproximadamente 10-50% con cualquier sistema
de evacuación de humo Buffalo Filter.

nivel de control de succión de aproximadamente 10-50% con cualquier sistema
de evacuación de humo Buffalo Filter.
PRECAUCIÓN: Use el reglaje más bajo posible para retirar el humo del sitio quirúrgico. No
sobrepase el 50% del nivel de control de succión durante el procedimiento quirúrgico.
PRECAUCIÓN: La evacuación extensa del humo medi ante el tope de purga en el trócar puede
causar una reducción del neumoperitoneo.
