Intended use
This power tool is intended for wet drilling with diamond
drilling cores into concrete, reinforced concrete, brick and
different rocks.

When operating the tool, always use the centring guide
(kit) which is fixed onto the place intended for drilling with
the diamond drilling machine with the help of negative
pressure.

The market offers different drilling cores equipped with
various clamping threads. Drilling cores equipped with
the external pipe thread R1/2" are suitable for wet drilling
machines B9W-7, whilst drilling cores equipped with
internal thread M16 are suitable for wet drilling machines
B9W-12. Use only quality and properly sharpened drilling
cores.

Installation of the extra (front) handle

Wet drilling machines are equipped with different extra
handles. Single gear wet drilling machine B9W-7 is
equipped with an extra handle ⑪ shown on Figure 3. To
install the handle unscrew the clamping screw ⑫ open
the clamp ⑬, install the extra handle ⑪ on the desired
position (depending on the work method) and fix it with
the clamping screw ⑫. To install the extra handle of the
wet drilling machine B9W-12 -⑭ unscrew the water
supply tube and install the extra handle ⑭ on the
machine. The handle clamp ⑮ is equipped with teeth
which match to the voids of the machine. There are
different possible positions to install the extra handle ⑭
on the machine in the direction of rotation. After you
installed the extra handle ⑭ on the machine rotate it
around the axis of the handle holder ⑯ and fix it on the
machine. After you finish the installation of the handle
screw the water supply tube ⑦ back on the machine. To
remove the handle from the machine repeat the
procedure in the reverse order.
Assembly/disassembly of drilling cores
 Clean the drilling core before you install it on the
machine. Use spanners to install the drilling cores onto
the machine. You will need spanners 24 and 15 to fix
drilling cores onto the wet drilling machine B9W-7 and
spanners 24 and 17 to fix them onto the wet drilling
machine B9W-12. Fix the bore cores onto the wet
drilling machines with appropriate force so they won't
get unscrewed and endanger your safety during
operation.

Prior to operation, make sure the rotation of the
machine is not obstructed in any way.

Drilling
