entschieden haben.
Die Vakuumanlage ist konstruiert zur Erzeugung eines Unterdrucks in Anlagen bzw.
Arbeitsgeräten, die für ein max. Endvakuum von -999 mbar (s.TD) ausgelegt sind.
Bitte beachten Sie beim Anschließen und bei der Inbetriebnahme der
Vakuumanlage die vorliegende Gebrauchsanleitung.
Die Informationen in diesem Dokument können ohne vorherige Ankündigung

The vacuum facility is designed to produce vacuum in facility and tools which are
built for an operating max. vacuum of -999 mbar (s.TD).
Please follow the present Technical Manual while connect and startup the
vacuum facility.
