First of all, you must plug the machine to the electric supply.
Afterwards, press the green button, the motor will start up.
Do not work without the blade guard. To stop working, press
the red button. The machine has a security button to protect
the motor from overload or an incorrect supply. This switch
is under the green button, and unpluges temporally the
motor, during a few minutes, until the motor is cold again.
Later on, press the security switch and the green button in
order to continue working.
Never work with this machine in a very humid place or
under the rain.

BLADE ASSEMBLY
Unplug the machine. Take off the blade guard. In order to
loose blade tightening nut (left side oriented), insert the
punch in the shaft hole and loose the nut with the hexagonal
nut. Remove the plate, place the blade being sure that it is
correctly centered in relation to the shaft, place again the
plate and finally tighten the nut. Afterwards, position the
blade guard and fix it.
Never work without the blade guard or water.

MACHINING
Considerations of the cut
Start the cut moving the saddle slowly, the cut will be better,
necessary when the material is ceramics, tile and similar. If
the cutting is made too quickly, the result can be an incorrect
cut and a possible break of the blade.
The user should frecuently check that the level of the water
is higher than the water pump and should also avoid piling
up too much sediment on the water pan. The water pump
starts working by pressing the green button.
Is also very important that the cooling pipes are not bloqued,
in order to ensure that the water supply is enough.
The machine has two different positions of cutting:
90º Straight cut
Move the saddle towards the blade, and cut as explained
before. The cutting depth can be adjusted.
45º Miter cut
Loose the screw that makes possible the slope of the header,
and turn it totally.
Place the piece face down on the saddle and fix the guide
on the left side, defining the cutting width. Once the space
stop is fixed, the user can make repetitive cuts of pieces on
the same distance.
