Function-Examination
1.) Switch on TriGasAlarm, wait until the self-test has
ended and the green LED constantly shines.
2.) Hold a gas-lighter to the lateral openings of the TriGasAlarm,
you press the button of the lighter, so that gas streams out,
but no flame is generated.
3.) After a few seconds, the prealarm is caused. Keep on bringing
gas into the alarm for the next 20 sec. and you will cause
the Main-Alarm.
Option:
As an option you can connect a second
Sensor with TriGasAlarm. The optional
Sensor has the same capabilities like
the original in the TriGasAlarm. With
the second sensor you get a much
higher level of safety no matter if
gases are lighter or heavier than the
air surrounding you. The second sensor
will be installed approximately 10 cm under-
neath the ceiling, especially for detecting CO.
