Service inspection

Ensure that all screws and bolts are properly tightened, and check the
functionality of the product .

Trouble-shooting

Symptom
The product can't be
moved sideways or
up and down .
The locking handle
for horizontal
adjustment doesn't
lock .
Remove dust from the wall tracks
a regular basis . Wipe the wall tracks with

silicone . Lubricate the locking handles
WD 40 or equivalent .
It is recommended on a weekly basis to adjust

the product to its maximum up, down and
sideways positions .
Cause
There might be dirt or
dust on the walltracks .
The lock is not properly
adjusted .
