3. To release, Turn it anti-clockwise.
Warning: Touch the blade of the blending rod with care
for it is sharp.
Note: Ensure the beater or dough hook are fully inserted
into correct socket or your mixing result may be affected.

MIXING GUIDE
SPEED
1.2 This is a good starting speed for bulk and
FOLD dry foods such as folur, butter and potatoes.

For mixing cakes, cookies and quick breads.
MIX
5 For creaming butter and sugar, beating
CREAM uncooked candy, desserts, etc.
6 For beating eggs, cook icings,whipping
WHIP potatoes, whipping cream etc.
USING YOUR MIXER
1. Place the mixer on a dry level and secure work surface.
2. Ensure that the mixer is unplugged and the mixer 6-
speed switch is in the "0" off position.
3. Select the desired attachment and connect into the
hand mixer, see "MIXER CONTROL"
4. Ensure that the desired attachment is correctly fitted
before plugging into a suitable mains outlet.
5. Select the desired speed setting on the hand mixer using
the 6-speed switch.
6. After processing the desired in the ingredients, turn the
mixer off using the 6-speed switch.
7. To remove the attachment from the hand mixer, place
fingers loosely around the spindles and press the eject
button located at the front of the head of the mixer, the
attachment will then be released into your hand.

CARE AND CLEANING
Before cleaning your mixer ensure that the power is turned
off at the power outlet, then remove the plug. Always switch
off and unplug before cleaning.
Wipe over the outside area of the mixer body with a damp
cloth and polish with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse the
mixer body, plug or supply cord in water or any other liquid.

Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
To make cleaning easier, remove beaters/dough hooks and
rinse straight after use.
Wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water.
The beaters, dough hooks may be placed in the dishwash-
er.
No other part of the appliance is dishwasher safe. Avoid
using scouring pads,harsh detergents and abrasive cleaners.
Dry with a soft, clean cloth.
STORAGE
Keep your mixer in a convenient position on your kitchen
top ready for use.
Place the beaters and dough hooks in a drawer with othe
kitchen equipment.
Note: Never wind the power cord around the motor after
use as the warmth of the motor may cause damage to the
power cord.
Caution: Never immerse the Motor unit or power cord into
water for cleaning.
Precaution
This appliance must be handheld even being used together
with the stand. In order to avoid danger!
Ecology – Environmental Protection
The "crossed-out trash bin" symbol on electrical
equipment or packaging indicates that the device
cannot be treated as general household waste
and should not be disposed of into containers for such
