MIXER CONTROLS
Eject Button: This easy press button releases all attach-
ments from the mixer sockets without any fuss. The eject
button can only be pressed when the 6-speed switch is set
the "0" off position.
6-speed switch: The switch has 6-speed setting that can be
selected for all your mixing tasks. This switch also has a "0"
setting to turn the mixer off after use.
Beaters and Dough Hooks: A pair of beaters and dough
hooks is supplied with the mixer.
The beaters and dough hooks have a set method of fitting
into the mixer socket because they are not identical and are
interchangeable.
First select the beater or dough hook with gear, see FIG .A.
Looking at the underside of the mixer and at the left hand
socket insert the notched end of the beater or dough hook
into the left socket. Then twist the beater or dough hook in
an anti-clockwise direction to locate the notch on the beat-
er or dough hook correctly in the socket, while pushing it
fully into the socket until a click is heard. The beater or
dough hook should be firmly fitted to the socket.
Repeat the same method with the remaining beater or
dough hook without gear, connecting the notched end of
the beater or dough hook into the right hand side socket.
See FIG .B.
