This unit must be wired by a qualified electrician or suitable

competent person.
1. Establish a mains supply to each bulkhead light position.
WL92 units are class II and do not have earth connections.
Mains supply requirements are switched live, permanent
live and neutral. A terminal earth connection is provided to
terminate the earth wire if required.
Note for positioning: Cable entry points are in the centre at
the back of the unit, as shown in Fig 2. Optional cable entry
points are located on both sides of the unit. To maintain IP65
rating suitable 20mm IP rated glands must be used.
2. Isolate the mains supply prior to wiring.
3. Remove the screw securing the outer rim, with allen key
provided.
4. Twist the outer rim of the unit anticlockwise, then pull to
remove it.
5. Remove the three screws retaining the lens and pull to
remove it.
6. Loosen the three screws retaining the PCB (see Fig 1), twist
the PCB clockwise and pull it to remove.
7. Disconnect the plug connecting PCB and the driver.
8. Drill Ø 5mm size holes in the fixing points (Fig 2).
Note: WL92 can be mounted on BESA boxes (Fig 2).

9. Place the unit on the wall and mark the three fixing positions
on the wall. The distance between each mark should be
177mm. If using the supplied wall plugs, drill Ø 6mm holes.
Fit the wall plugs.
10. Feed the mains supply cable through the centre or side entry.
11. Screw the unit to the wall.
12. Strip each of the three mains supply wires by approximately
8 to 10mm.
13. Connect the mains switched live, permanent live and neutral
to the push terminal connector.
1 = Permanent live, 2 = Switched live,
N = Neutral, E = Earth.
14. Reconnect and refit the PCB. Make sure locating pin is in line
with locating hole on PCB.
15. Set required colour temperature, see Fig 1 for location of the
CCT switch.
16. Refit the lens and outer rim (twist clockwise to secure).
17. Secure the outer rim with the screw.
18. Turn on mains power.

1. Prévoyez une arrivée de courant par hublot. Le WL92
est un produit de classe II et n'a pas de liaison à la terre.
Les besoins en alimentation sont les suivants : Alimentation
commutée, Alimentation permanente, Neutre. Un terminal
pour raccord à la terre est néanmoins disponible sur le
produit si la connexion à la terre est souhaitée.
Note d'installation : La réservation pour le câble se situe au
centre à l'arrière du produit comme indiqué sur le schéma
2. Une option supplémentaire d'entrée de câble se situe des
deux côtés du produit. Pour maintenir l'IP65 du produit vous
devez utiliser un joint d'étanchéité de 20mm.
2. Avant toute intervention, coupez le courant au disjoncteur.
3. Retirez les vis de maintien de l'anneau extérieur avec la clé
Allen fournie.
4. Faites pivoter l'anneau extérieur du hublot (sens contraire
des aiguilles d'une montre), puis tirez pour l'extraire.
5. Retirez les trois vis de maintien de la lentille et tirez pour
extraire la lentille du hublot.
6. Détachez les trois vis qui retiennent le PCB (schéma 1),
tournez le PCB et tirez pour l'enlever.
7. Détachez la prise qui connecte le PCB à l'alimentation.
8. Percez des réservations adéquates au niveau des points de
fixations du support. Réservation de 5mm Ø pour l'utilisation
de vis/chevilles.
Note: le WL92 peut être installé sur des boites
d'encastrements existantes (schéma 2)

9. Placez le support contre le mur afin de définir l'emplacement
des trois points de fixations. La distance entre chaque
marque doit être 177mm. Si vous utilisez les chevilles
fournies, percez une réservation de 6mm pour chacun des
points et y déposer les chevilles ou vis.
10. Reliez au secteur par les réservations au centre ou sur les
côtés du produit.
11. Vissez le support contre le mur.
12. Dénudez les trois fils du câble d'arrivée de courant en 230V,
de 8 à 10mm chacun.
13. Branchez le câble d'alimentation commutée, l'alimentation
permanente et le câble neutre aux connecteurs rapides du
luminaire.
1 = Alimentation permanente, 2 = Alimentation commutée
N = Neutre, E = Terre.
14. Reconnectez et remettez en place le PCB. Assurez-vous que
le goujon de positionnement se trouve bien dans l'encoche
du PCB.
15. Sélectionnez la couleur de température que vous désirez,
voir schéma 1 pour l'emplacement de l'interrupteur
permettant le changement de couleur.
16. Réinstallez la lentille (attention à la position des vis) et
l'anneau extérieur du hublot (rotation dans le sens des
aiguilles d'une montre).
17. Remettez en place l'anneau extérieur avec les vis.
18. À ce stade seulement, le produit peut être mis sous tension.

1. Stellen Sie eine Netzversorgung für jede Leuchtenposition
her. WL92 sind Geräte der Klasse II und haben
keine Masseverbindungen. Die Netzanforderungen
sind: geschalteter Strom, immer unter Spannung
und Nulleitung. Ein Masseanschluss ist vorhanden,
um bei Bedarf einen Erdungsdraht anzuschließen.
Hinweis zur Positionierung: Die Kabeleingänge befinden
sich in der Mitte auf der Rückseite der Leuchte, wie in Abb.
2 dargestellt. Optionale Kabeleingangspunkte befinden sich
an beiden Seiten der Leuchte. Um die IP65-Schutzklasse
zu bewahren, müssen geeignete IP-konforme 20-mm-
Verschraubungen verwendet werden.
2. Trennen Sie die Stromversorgung vor dem Anschluss des
Strahlers.
3. Entfernen Sie den äußeren Ring mit dem mitgelieferten
Inbusschlüssel.
4. Drehen Sie den äußeren Rand des Strahlers gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn, dann ziehen, um es zu entfernen.
5. Entfernen Sie die drei Schrauben, mit denen die Linse
gehalten wird, und ziehen Sie sie, um die Linse zu entfernen.
6. Lösen Sie die drei Schrauben, mit der die Leiterplatte
befestigt ist (siehe Abb. 1), drehen Sie die Leiterplatte im
Uhrzeigersinn und ziehen Sie sie zum Entfernen heraus.
7. Ziehen Sie die Steckerverbindung zwischen der Leiterplatte
und dem Treiber.
8. Bohren Sie Ø 5mm Löcher in den Befestigungspunkten
(Fig 2).
Hinweis: WL92 können auf Abzweigdosen montiert werden
(Abb. 2).

9. Halten Sie den Strahler an die Wand und markieren Sie
die drei Befestigungspositionen an der Wand. Der Abstand
zwischen den einzelnen Markierungen sollte 177 mm
betragen. Mit Verwendung der mitgelieferten Dübel bohren
Sie Löcher mit 6 mm Durchmesser. Stecken Sie die Dübel in
die Wand ein.
10. Führen Sie das Netzkabel durch den mittleren oder den
seitlichen Eingang.
11. Ziehen Sie die Schrauben in die Wand, um den Strahler zu
befestigen.
12. Isolieren Sie alle drei Netzdrähte um ca. 8 bis 10 mm ab.
13. Schließen Sie das Netzkabel (Strom, permanenter Strom
und Neutral) an die Steckdose der Leuchte an.
1 = Immer unter Spannung, 2 = Geschalteter Strom
N = Neutral, E = Erdung.
14. Schließen Sie die Leiterplatte wieder an und stecken Sie sie
wieder an ihren Platz. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Fixierstift
in das Fixierloch der Leiterplatte passt.
15. Stellen Sie die gewünschte Farbtemperatur ein, siehe Abb. 1
für die Positionierung des Farbtemperaturschalters.
16. Bringen Sie die Linse und den äußeren Rand wieder an
(drehen Sie sie im Uhrzeigersinn, um sie zu sichern).
17. Befestigen Sie den äußeren Ring mit der Schraube.
18. Schalten Sie die Stromversorgung ein.
