The keyboard can be set into two different function modes: X-mode and
Compatibility mode.
X-mode means that all functions are available, and that full N-key Rollo-
ver is activated. (All keys can be pressed at the same time, without losing
a single keystroke.) When X-mode is activated, the blue LED light (X) in the
upper right corner is shining.
Compatibility mode means limited functions, and 6-key rollover. (Maxi-
mum 6 simultaneous keypresses.) Compatibility mode may be required for
logging into banks etc. When Compatibility mode is activated, the light in
the upper right corner (X) is off.
To switch between X-mode and Compatibility mode, hold down [FN] +
[Pause] for 2 seconds.
