Warning! The machine oil and
gasoline are combustible liquid. Do not
fi ll them in the engine in a sealed space
or when the engine is running. Do not
smoke. Look for any leaks of machine
oil and gasoline from the engine. If any,
move the machine to another place to
prevent fi re until the gasoline runs out
completely. Then determine the cause.
If it needs maintenance or any parts
needs replacement, please contact the
seller or local dealer.

Do not get close to or touch the hot
vent pipe as temperature near vent
pipe is as high as 80°.

Notice: For the sake of safety, check all
the cables and wires prior to operating
the machine. The cable in the abrasion
area is always at the end of cable sleeve
and the position of the operating lever.
At the same time, inspection should
be carried out on the performance of
brake and switching operations. If there
is any defect on the cable or switching
operation, do not operate the machine.
If the machine is still running, stop at
once.
Sincerely, we expect our customers
to get their machine inspected at our
authorized service stations at least once
a year on aspects of operational safety.
1.5 As some parts of this machine are made
of plastic or rubber, please keep it away
from any chemicals in order to prevent
any possible reactions.
2. Installation
2.1 Install the blade A and B onto the cutter
head C with M10*20 bolt and M10 nut,
with the head direction as Fig.1.
2.2 Assemble the cutter set with the latch
(Fig.2) .
2.3 Install the mud fender (Fig. 3 and Fig.4).
2.4 Install the handrail (Fig.5) and the
installation of the whole machine is
completed (Fig.6).
3. Preparation
3.1 Before using the hoe, please check the
working area and take away things such
as cutters, bricks and waste electrical
wires.
3.2 Before starting the engine, please
loosen the clutch system which will be
used during operation.
3.3 Gasoline is combustible, so please be
very careful when refueling.
A.
Use qualifi ed 93# gasoline.
B.
It is forbidden to refuel when the hoe is
working or the engine has not cooled
down.
C.
Please refuel outdoors, no indoor
refueling.
D.
Open the fi lling port carefully and rub
the overfl owed gasoline.
3.5 Use qualifi ed 10W-30 (0.55L) antifreeze
oil.
3.6 Regulate the appropriate depth of
loosening; dismount the wheel, put the
cutter downward and adjust to proper
depth. Then fasten the cutter. (Fig.2)
3.7 Unless the manufacturer has a specifi c
note, no adjustment may be made
while the engine is in operation.
3.8 Human body and clothing can not
be close to the ventilation tube,
exothermic or rotating parts of the hoe.
3.9 Be sure to check the fuel tank when
using, ensure that the tank has enough
gasoline.
3.10 Adjust clutch cable, it should be fl exible
and trustworthy.
