Caratteristiche
- Per lavori a cadenze elevate in carrozzeria.
- Per produzione leggera nell'industria e artigianato.
- Temporizzafore elettronico incorporato sincrono da 2 a 65 cicli
con SCR.
- Circuito di compensazione che aziona il timer solo se circola
corrente nel punto, ciò permette di saldare su lamiere con tracce
di vernice, ossidate o su lamiere nere con i migliori ri-
sultati.
- Controllo della corrente con regolazione di fase per lavori deli-
cati, spessori molto sottili, tondini ø ridotto, lamiera acciaio
inox ecc.
- Costruzione bilanciata per un facile impiego.
- Innesto braccio supplementare per disporre di grande spazio
fra i bracci.
- Base filettata per montaggio fisso su banco.
- Un pressostato differenziale interno alla puntatrice comanda il
timer quando vi è la corretta pressione di lavoro tra gli elettrodi.
- Trasformatore isolato in classe F, collaudato a 4000 Volt c.a.
- Impiega bracci 7512/7513/7514/7515, a richiesta.
- A richiesta tempo di saldatura con pulsazioni (versione P).

Features

- Complete with synchronous electronic built-in timer 2 to 65
cycles and SCR contactor.
- Compensation circuit starts the timer only when there is a
proper passage of current, which enables to perform on oxidized
sheets, on surfaces with paint residues or on black sheets.
- Current control with phase adjustment to carry out difficult
welds, on very thin thickness, on rods with reduced Ø, on
stainless steel sheet and similar.
- Balanced construction for easy operation
- Additional arm coupling to provide larger opening between
arms.
- Threaded base for fixing on a bench.
- A built-in differential pressure switch operates the timer when
the electrode force is correct.
- All transformers are coated with F class insulation material.
Test are made using 4000 volts.
- To be used with arms item 7512/7513/7514/7515, on request.
- Pulsation weld time control available (P version).

Schweissen auf Blechen mit Lackspuren, oxydierten Teilen
oder auf verzinktem Blech.
- Steuerung mit Schweisstromregelung für Schweissungen von
besonders dünnen Blechen, dünnen Drähten, Edelstahlblechen
usw.
- Zusätzlicher unterer Armanschluss zur Vergrösserung des Arm-
abstandes.
- Unterlage zur Montage auf Arbeitstisch.
- Druckwächter in der Zange steuert den Zeitgeber, sobald der
korrekte Arbeitsdruck zwischen den Elektroden gegeben ist.
