With incoming goods, check the product for possible damage in-
curred during transit. If such damage should be present, inform
the forwarding agent of this and make a complaint.
SAFETY:
• The operation of the pump should be implemented
by specialist personnel only.
• Consider approx. 25% reserve capacity in the pump tank. Refill oil only when
the cylinder has retracted completely. Otherwise there exists a burst danger
of the pump tank in case of lowering under load.
• Use only suitable hoses and couplings with operating pressure permissible
for the pump. Check whether all couplings are connected correctly. Consi-
derable material damage and injuries to persons can arise from overload or
from incomplete coupling.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
• Check the correct connection of the couplings and valves.
• Loosen the interlocking of the large pedal. This is lifted
and can be removed by applying pressure.
• Activate the small pedal in order to reduce pressure.
• The pressure is always to be read off in the manometer.
• Manometer: The pump is equipped with a side
connection of NPT ¼" manometer Ø63.
• The liquid in the field of vision of the manometer
is glycerol and is used for the pointer damping.
• No venting is necessary on the pump.
• For the refilling of the oil, use the filling plug
provided for that on the front side of the pump.
• Lock the pressure pedal for the transport and use it as a handle.
