Appliance Ventilation

Explanation of Figure 7
The dimensions in Fig. 7 apply to feet
rollers which have been completely
screwed in.
S
= Base height
A
= Height of the exhaust cross section
Height of the feet rollers can be adjusted
from 0 to 70 mm.
The height A of the exhaust cross section
(see Fig. 7) must NOT be less than
80 mm. To conserve energy and reduce
noise, the exhaust cross section should
be as large as possible (recommended
height of the exhaust cross section
150 mm).
If the height of the exhaust cross section
is less than 130 mm, we recommend that
an exhaust duct is fitted to the rear of the
appliance to dissipate the warm air.
If the height adjustment of the rollers is set
to 0 and the aforementioned height of the
exhaust cross section is taken into
account, the smallest possible base
height S is 100 mm (see Fig. 7).

Removing
the Packaging,
Stabilising the
Appliance

Removing the packaging

Remove the straps secured around the
cardboard box. Open the box at the side
and remove it.
The stabilisers 1 must then also be re
moved (Fig. 1).
The stabilisers are screwed onto the
wooden pallet 2 and engaged in the
wheels.
Removing the wooden
pallet
Screw out the four legs on the base of the
appliance until the two wooden blocks 3
at the sides can be removed, as shown in
Fig. 1.
To remove the wooden pallet 2 lift the
appliance at one of the long sides and
simultaneously pull it forwards. The
wheels are guided in the guide rail of the
wooden pallet, as shown in Fig. 2.
Set down the refrigerator before the rear
wheel runs off the pallet 2.
Now lift the appliance slightly to allow the
wooden pallet to be removed, as shown
in Fig. 3.
