Error messages
If the kitchen scale is subjected to a load
of more than 7.0 kg, the message "O-ld"
(overload) will appear on the display.
If the battery in the kitchen scale needs to be
replaced, the message "Lo" (low) will fl ash on
the display.

Changing the batteries

Open the battery compartment in the
base of the kitchen scale. Remove the used
batteries and insert two new 1.5 V AAA
batteries in the scale. Check that the batteries
are correctly fi tted. Replace the battery cover.
Dispose of the used batteries in accordance
with the regulations which apply in your
area.

Cleaning and maintenance

Wipe the kitchen scale with a well-wrung
cloth and then dry off with a dry cloth.
Remove the batteries if you do not intend to
use the kitchen scale for an extended period.
