Operation Instruction
1- Lift the press.
2- Insert a disk in the basin, fill it with enough ground food product (do not exceed basin capacity) and cover it
with another disk.
3- Lower the press and slightly press ground food product with the press.
4- Lift the press and remove pressed food product.
If it is the first time the appliance is used, remove any protective linings and accurately clean to remove any
construction material residue before starting it.
Cleaning
Use a damp cloth or sponge to accurately clean all appliance parts (including surrounding areas) that can come
into direct or indirect contact with food products to avoid the risk of contamination and maintain hygiene.
Caution - Precaution
Only clean with food safe detergents. Never use corrosive or flammable cleaning products or products
that contain substances harmful to human health.
