CONNECTION AND SWITCHING ON
Connect the iron to the boiler via
the connector (E) and start up the
steam generator as described in
the respective manual.
Regulate the position of the knob
according to the fabric to be ironed.

The heating indicator light (D)
turns on when the iron is heating.
When it switches off, it is possible
to begin ironing. During use, the
indicator lights up and switches off
various times: you may disregard it.
STEAM-IRONING
DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION STANDARDS
Dispose of packaging and used filters in accordance with current standards. Follow the instructions for any mate-
rial recycling (segregated collection) in your area. This product conforms to the 2012/19/EU Directive. The symbol
of a crossed out basket on the device specifies that the product should be disposed of separately from domestic
waste at the end of its useful life. The user is responsible for taking the expired device to an appropriate collection
point. Suitable segregated collection for ensuing recycling, treatment and environmentally compatible disposal
helps prevent potentially negative effects on the environment and on health and favors recycling of the product's
materials. For more detailed information on available collection systems, consult your local waste disposal service
or he shop where the product was purchased.
Press button (A) to obtain steam.
Push the steam-lock button (B)
forward to have a continued supply
of steam. Bring it back to the origi-
nal position to stop the supply.
Ironing with the aid of steam is
possible when the selection knob is
on the wool
or cotton-linen
setting.
At a lower temperature, the steam
cools and drops of water may be
discharged.
VERTICAL IRONING
Steam is supplied regardless of the
inclination of the iron. The steam
can be utilized to touch up curtains,
clothing, upholstery with vertical
ironing.
IRONING WITHOUT STEAM
The heating of the iron is indepen-
dent from the boiler, and therefore
it is possible to iron without the use
of steam. Some steam generators
are equipped with a separate
switch for the iron.

MAINTENANCE

The steam which comes in contact
with the bottom of the iron is cal-
cium-free; the iron does not need
to be decalcified.
