GENERAL INFORMATION

Of radically new and original design and conception, MULTIMODE PLUS was created in order to offer a product which is technologically advanced
and reliable.
MULTIMODE PLUS is the first valve to have double-effect hydraulic command in order to prevent the problems caused by mechanical control.
This new design contains a large number of advantages, the most important of which are listed below:
- EASY MAINTENANCE
By unscrewing a plug, it is possible to extract the piston as well as any inner part of the valve cylinder, leaving the valve in its original position.
- NO WATER HAMMERING DURING OPERATION AND REGENERATION
The operating piston is always balanced in its movement by the water pressure in the two control chambers.
- SELF-DISINFECTION OF THE RESINS FOR THE VERSIONS DOUBLE 35-50-65-85-125.
The MULTIMODE PLUS valve fitted with the kit CL2kk100 automatically produces sodium hypochlorite during the brine suction stage. In this way
the resins are protected from the spread of bacteria.
- IMPOSSIBILITY OF BREAK DOWN OF THE STARTING MOTOR OF THE CAMS
The carefully designed route followed by the water during the various stages of regeneration does not cause abnormal stress on the motor and
so the cam moves evenly.
- GREATER FLOWRATES FOR BACKWASH OPERATION AND DRAIN
This enables regeneration of greater quantities of resin in the time unit. A greater flowrate in washing (comparable to the operating capacity of
the other valves) improves the efficiency of the resins.
- LESS LOAD LOSS DURING OPERATION
This means lower operating costs.
- ABSENCE OF METAL OR COATED INNER PARTS
No risk of corrosion.
- THE OPERATING SYSTEM ALWAYS GUARANTEES FIVE STAGES
The new operating system eliminates the possibility of skipping a stage, before starting the next.
- FLEXIBILITY OF APPLICATION TO DIFFERENT PLANS
By means of the By-pass unit it is possible to use the water during regeneration. Simply removing the ejector and/or the flow-regulator allows
the regenerating suction and/or drain capacities to be modified.
It is possible to apply interchangeable optionals which modify the features of the valve with obvious economic advantages and the possibility of
having different features available with a limited number of accessories in stock.

- In this stage we have pressure in points 3 - 1 of the
pilot control, transmitted to the pistons F - G
in points 3 - 1 of the valve.
