- clean the blades and their housing with
the special brush provided (11)
- reassemble everything realigning the
blades as described in the MAIN-
TENANCE paragraph
Clean the outside of the haircutter with a
damp cloth only after unplugging from the
outlet. Never use chemical products or
abrasives.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

MAINTENANCE

The appliance was inspected carefully before packing it to check the
working efficiency and position of the blades.
Blade alignment
Each time the blades are removed for
cleaning, they must be put back correctly.
To do this just keep the blade control lever
in the closed position (fig. C1) and match
up the teeth of the top and bottom blades,
as shown in figure N.
Proceed as follows if the blades are not
aligned properly:
- pour a few drops of the special oil onto
the blades (fig. O)
- start up the appliance for a few seconds
- switch off the appliance and unplug from
the outlet
- slightly loosen the screws behind the top
blade
- fit in the blades as shown in figure N and
then tighten up the screws
