Charging Instructions
CAUTION: All instructions and warnings must be followed exactly. Mishandling of Li-Po batteries can result in a fire, personal injury,
and/or property damage.
The SmartPlane features a LiPo battery. The battery is located inside the nose of the aircraft in the front. Please observe the following
safety precautions:
Do not remove the battery and do not make any changes to it.
Do not use or store the SmartPlane near a heat source such as fire or room heaters.
Avoid throwing or hitting the SmartPlane on a hard surface.
To charge the battery, use only the supplied USB charging cable. Connect it only to a standard USB charging port e.g. one present on
your home computer.
NOTICE: Charge the battery at least once every 6 months.

Instructions for Disposal of WEEE by users in the European Union

Disposal of depleted batteries
The user is legally obliged to return depleted batteries.
Disposal of depleted batteries in the household garbage is prohibited!
You can return depleted batteries free of charge to designated collection points of your garbage disposal company, or to shops
selling such batteries.
Disposal of electrical and electronic equipment and components
In the interest of our environment and to recycle the used raw materials as completely as possible, the consumer is asked to bring
used and defective equipment to the designated public collection centers for electrical and
electronic equipment.
