INTRODUCTION
The R-10007 is an electronic spatula for wax modelling specially designed to be used by professionals in
the field of dental prosthesis. Its ergonomics, ease of use, and small size make it an optimal tool for this
kind of work. The accuracy of the electronic controls is also remarkable, since it maintains the
temperature in the spatula head within a narrow error margin. The working temperature is shown on the
digital display in the controls box. The device is factory supplied with two different heads.

INSTALLATION

•
Place the unit on a flat, horizontal and stiff surface, away from vibration or heat sources. Make sure
there is not any flammable material nearby.
•
Insert the jacks of the handles into the OUT1 and OUT2 outlets.
•
Connect the unit to a grounded 230 V, 50/60 Hz power source.

OPERATION

•
Insert the handle jack ((C) in the connection hole (B).
•
Select one of the interchangeable heads and fix it to the handle.
•
Turn on the main switch in the right side of the unit.
•
Press the (ºC/ºF) to shift to Celsius or Fahrenheit degrees.
•
Press the (? /? ) keys to select the temperature you want the wax to reach.
•
Press M1 or M2 to select the temperatures stored in the memory
•
To change the M1 and M2 temperatures, select the temperature you wish and press M1 or M2, and
keep it pressed for a while. The new temperature will be stored in the memory.
•
While you are not using the spatula, lean it on one of the magnetic holders (D/F).
•
After finishing the operation, disconnect the unit by turning the main switch off, and handle it
cautiously for several minutes until it is cooled down completely.
•
You can store the heads in the head box (G).

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

To ensure a long life of the unit and an optimal output, we strongly recommend:
•
To clean the wax remains from the unit periodically. To do this you can use a small spatula. Make
sure he unit has been previously disconnected from the power source.
•
Do not spill melted wax over the outer casing of the unit. Handle the spatula with caution.
