Switch from kg to lb or vice versa (go to steps display): Go to the steps
display, reset the step counts to zero then press on the button until the screen
flashes. If you choose for "Km /cm" as setting, the weight will be adjusted and
displayed in kg when going back to the calories display. If choose for "in/ Mile",
the weight will be displayed in lb after going back to the calorie display and
pressing the button until you see the weight.
ACTIVATE LED LIGHT
Press on the red on/off button to activate the LED light. There are 3 light
modes: solid red light, fast flashing red light and blinking red light.
CARE/MAINTENANCE AND WARNING
• Never attempt to disassemble the heel activity light.
• Please keep away from fire and children under 3 years.
• To maintain the working of the heel activity light, the battery should be
changed every 12 months by an expert otherwise it can cause damage to
your heel activity light.
• Protect the heel activity light from extreme heat, shocks and long-time
exposure to direct sunlight.
• Wipe clean with lightly moistened cloth. Do not expose your heel activity to
strong chemicals as they may damage it.
• The pedometer will not function correctly when walking in an inconsistent
pace.
• This item is not waterproof and it is breakable.
