How to use the Manual Fold Mode
• Press the pedal positioned below on the right of the folder and at
same time swing the folder while by turning 90° clockwise to have
a comfortable access to the front folder entry
•
Press the Selection key
fold program desired.
• Prepare the copy on the short edge side with the title block
positioned on the right top side.
• Align the copy to the flap while taking care of position inside the
marks of reference correspondents to the copy width.

Introduce the copy with decision in such a way that the profile of
the copy aligns to the fold rollers.
o If the copy alignment is good the folder will start
the fold process
o If the Copy alignment is poor the folder will
generate an acoustic signal and require to remove
the copy and attempt another copy introduction
How to Fold copy wide 610 or 914mm
All Fold programs output the cross folds dimension b is 297mm,
by using media roll wide 610 requires to be folded two times
305mm and for media roll 914mm requires to be folded three
times 305mm
• Manually rotate the green knob clockwise
• Open the cross folder upper pocket and shift the plate up
to get the position 305mm close and reset

• Paper weithg 75 to 100 gsm
• Lead edge copy on square with long edge
• Copy must flat, no curls and dry
• Copy length must be longer of 410mm
