How to scan, print and fold
• Load
the
printer
( see Printer roll configuration)
• Lay down document on scanner top and indentify where
title block corner is located
• By scanner UI select:
o Fold program for desired output dimension ( see
fold program list page 21)
o Set Title block ( image example Upper Right)
• Scan the document
How to submit fold jobs with multiple copy size
Load the printer with proper roll width which cover the majority
of the copy size (see Printer roll configuration) , since some
copies into the jobs will not have the same paper roll width , in
order to avoid continuous paper roll change enable the system
with the following setup to print all size even on wider roll but
with title block justified automatically into the right corner by
getting all copies printed and folded correctly and eventual black
side folded inside and not visible
• By AccXes Submission Tools or other drivers UI select:
o Fold program for desired output dimension ( see
fold program list page 21)
o Set Title block (to know document title block )
Tiff, pdf, jpeg or other raster files type,
open the file with a viewer and determine
title block corner
If plt, dwg, dxf, or other vector format, see
operator manual page 53 and 54

Select Edit Default Document Print Options and set
o
Rotation to 90° ( when title block is lower right)
